PURPOSE: To temporarily fix upper and lower shoes surely and, after a bridge girder has been unloaded, easily remove the member used for temporary fixing without remaining residual substance which may damage a lower shoe. ;CONSTITUTION: A pivot body comprises a lower shoe 1 in which an upper surface is formed on a sliding surface 9 and an upper shoe 2 in which a lower surface is formed on a sliding surface 13 of which lower surface is longer than the upper surface of the lower shoe 1 in longitudinal direction and which is placed on the upper surface of the lower shoe 1 slidably in longitudinal direction. Also the both the right and left sides of the upper shoe 2 are extended from both right and left sides of the lower shoe 1 and bent downward, and hard urethane foam 15 for positioning which collapses and falls if pressed by the lower shoe 1 at the relative slippage of the upper shoe 2 is fixed to the front and rear both ends of the upper shoe 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
