METHOD FOR DISPLAYING OPEN APPLICATION ON DISPLAY SCREEN AND VIRTUAL DESKTOP SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To visually separate and arrange the groups of related applications by setting the display screen coordinate of a selected desktop display area in a prescribed coordinate range of a current view and displaying a set of open applications related to the desktop display areas. ;CONSTITUTION: The range of the coordinate of a display screen 135 is allocated to the plural desktop display areas 510-530. A set of the open applications related to respective functions is arranged in the allocated places. The respective desktop display areas 510-530 are selected and are set on the screen of a prescribed coordinate range of the current view. Then, a set of the open applications related to one of the selected desktop display areas 510 or 520 or 530 in the application window 144 of the screen to which the areas are set is displayed.
