PURPOSE: To improve fusion of refrigerant gas and oil to eliminate the seizing of a compressor by a method wherein the capacity of a water-cooled condenser is increased so that the condenser is operated under a condition that the condensing temperature of the refrigerant gas discharged out of the water-cooled condenser is lowered than the temperature of water discharged out of the water-cooled condenser by at least a specified temperature. ;CONSTITUTION: A compressor 1, a water-cooled condenser 2A, an expansion valve 3 and an evaporator 4 are connected by a gas pipe B while a water cooler 5 and the water-cooled condenser 2A are connected reciprocally by a water pipe 9 through a water pump 6. Then, a cooler and a water pump are operated to send high-pressure high-temperature refrigerant gas, discharged out of the compressor 1, into the water- cooled condenser 2A to effect heat exchange between the cooling water through convection and condense the refrigerant gas. In this case, the capacity of the water-cooled condenser 2A is increased to operate the compressor under a condition that the condensing temperature of the refrigerant gas, discharged out of the water-cooled condenser 2A, is lowered than the temperature of water discharged out of the water-cooled condenser 2A, by a value at least 2°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
