PURPOSE: To enable to optimally measure variation of a blood flow in the brain generated by variation in neural action, by processing imaging of tissue or fluid so as to suppress each ambient fluid or tissue. CONSTITUTION: In an MRI apparatus, after first image information collection is carried out by adding a label to an area of tissue or fluid by an RF magnetizing signal, a first read-out high frequency pulse is applied to a back ground tissue and a tissue area or a fluid area. Next, second image collection is carried out by supplying a second read-out high frequency pulse. After that, for suppressing signal response of the back ground tissue and supplying data display combined with the tissue area or the fluid area, data generated by obtaining first and second images by a computer 50 are combined and signal processing is carried out to generate an image of the tissue area to display the image on a display 52.
