PURPOSE: To provide a machine for constitutional exercise used for training the body healthy by applying an appropriate straight vibration and rotational vibration on legs or arms and legs to give a specified exercise effect not only on arms and legs but also on waist and spine. ;CONSTITUTION: A machine for exercise of the whole body consists of a straight vibrating part A and a revolutional vibrating part B. In the straight vibrating part A, one end of a connecting bar 1 is connected with a crank member 2 to be rotated by a driving motor M1 and the other end is connected a vibrating member 10. An upper part of the vibrating member 10 is connected with a leg resting table 9 via a supporting plate 8. In the revolutional vibrating part B, one end of an operating is connected with a crank member 14 to be rotated by a driving motor M2 and the other end is connected with the vertical revolutional axis of a revolutional tool 17. A leg supporting table 24 is mounted on an upper part of the revolutional axis 15. Therefore, an exercise effect is attained certainly and inexpensively because of simple constitution and a quite much exercise effect on the body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
