EXECUTION OF SYSTEM TASK IN POWER CUTOFF USING SYSTEM MANAGEMENT INTERRUPT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a computer system returning to a state before the power is turned off in a short time. SOLUTION: The computer system is provided with CPU executing communication within a circuit, a nonvolatile storage device, a power management processor with volatile power management and the power source. The power management processor controls the adjustment of power to CPU by the power source. The power management processor interrupts CPU through system control interruption before making the power source stop the supply of adjusted power for CPU. In response to interruption through system control interruption, CPU executes a task related to the power source temporarily stopping the supply of adjusted power to CPU.
