摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain impregnating resin which has electrical characteristics and others equal to the ones of epoxy resin being usual impregnating resin and has a longer working life than this epoxy resin, a tape suited for that impregnating resin and an insulating structure of a winding of an electric rotating machine for which these impregnating resin and tape are used. ;CONSTITUTION: A tape 4 constructed by sticking a polyester film and aramid nonwoven fabric together is wound, with the aramid nonwoven fabric outside, on an insulating layer formed by winding an insulating tape 3 of mica paper on a coil 2, and further a corona preventing tape 5 is wound on the tape 4, while these are impregnated with impregnating resin which is a resin composition constituted of three kinds of resin, polyester resin of 20 to 50%, epoxy resin of 1 to 25% and polyimide resin of 1 to 15%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
