MANUFACTURE OF LC FILTER, LC FILTER MANUFACTURED BY IT AND MULTILAYER LC FILTER

PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing an efficient and high-accuracy LC filter, to provide an LC filter manufactured by the method and to provide a multilyer LC filter by a method wherein a lead frame in which pattern- constituted lead terminals have been coupled and arranged serially in advance is formed in order to arrange a capacitor and a ferrite core and many components are assembled collectively and simultaneously by using the lead frame. ;CONSTITUTION: An LC filter is manufactured in such a way that lead terminals 5 whose shape is adapted to the arrangement of a capacitor 3 and a ferrite core 4 in an assembly operation are constituted in advance, that a lead frame 1 in which many of the lead terminals constituted in this manner are coupled and arranged serially toward one direction is formed and that a prescribed capacitor and/or a prescribed ferrite core are attached collectively and simultaneously or sequentially to the individual lead terminals for the lead frame.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
