AIR FEED DEVICE TO FILTHY WATER FORCE FEED DUCT

PURPOSE: To inject air to a filthy water force feed duct without generation of a special cost by providing a means driving a compressor by the fluid energy in filthy water discharged from a pump. ;CONSTITUTION: When a filthy water force feed pump 14 is operated so as to forcedly feed filthy water 12 to a force feed duct 13, valves 17, 26 are opened and valves 21, 24 are closed, and the filthy water 12 is branchedly let flow in a taking out pipe 16 so as to feed the water to a piston/cylinder 18 through the valve 17. Next under the condition in which the filthy water 12 is used as working fluid, when the piston 18 reaches the top dead center, the valve 17 is closed and the valve 21 is opened, and when the piston 18 is moved toward the bottom dead center. the filthy water 12 is discharged from the extreme end part 20 of a discharge pipe 19 to a pit 11 under the atmospheric pressure, power is supplied to a compressor 27 by a series of this cycle, and compressed air is stored in an air tank 25. Next at stopping the pump 14, air 28 is injected from the tank 25 to the filthy water 12 in the duct 13, and the air 28 is ceaselessly injected while the filthy water in the duct 13 is apt to be extremely anaerobic.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
