TWO-FIRING POINT DURING INTAKE/EXHAUST PROCESSING BY ONE ROTARY VALVE PER ONE AIR CYLINDER, AND TWO-FIRING POINT USING THREE-ROTARY VALVE PER ONE AIR CYLINDER, IN ROTARY VALVE USED FOR 4 CYCLE ENGINE AND 6 CYCLE ENGINE
PURPOSE: To simplify a device and improve combustion speed by performing a two-firing point during intake/exhaust processing by one rotary valve per one air cylinder, in a 4 cycle engine, a 6 cycle engine, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: A rotary valve 1 whose cross section is made in a H-shape is divided into a part having an intake hole 2 and a part having an exhaust hole 3 when the rotary valve, 1 is used for a 4 cycle gasoline engine. Such a rotary valve 1 is attached to the top of a combustion chamber provided with an intake hole 9 communicated with a carburetor 11 through an intake pipe 12 and an exhaust hole 10 connected to an exhaust pipe 13. A pair of plugs 5 are attached to the right/left sides of the top of the combustion chamber. A device is built up as the foregoing so as to perform a two-firing point, thus combustion speed of light oil or heavy oil is speeded up. Combustion for the purpose of matching engine speed is realized and operation performance is enhanced by performing the two-firing point so as to differ ignition timing of each plug 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
