PURPOSE: To simplify a device and improve combustion speed by performing a two-firing point during intake/exhaust processing by one rotary valve per one air cylinder, in a 4 cycle engine, a 6 cycle engine, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: A rotary valve 1 whose cross section is made in a H-shape is divided into a part having an intake hole 2 and a part having an exhaust hole 3 when the rotary valve, 1 is used for a 4 cycle gasoline engine. Such a rotary valve 1 is attached to the top of a combustion chamber provided with an intake hole 9 communicated with a carburetor 11 through an intake pipe 12 and an exhaust hole 10 connected to an exhaust pipe 13. A pair of plugs 5 are attached to the right/left sides of the top of the combustion chamber. A device is built up as the foregoing so as to perform a two-firing point, thus combustion speed of light oil or heavy oil is speeded up.
