HIGH HYDRATION ACTIVE SUBSTANCE, CEMENT CURING ACCELERATOR AND METHOD FOR ACCELERATING SETTING AND HARDENING OF CONCRETE OR MORTAR

PURPOSE: To obtain a high hydration active material remarkably accelerating setting and hardening and realizing high initial and long period strength by making a calcium aluminate based specific crystalline sintered product as the component and adding it to cement paste, mortar and concrete. ;CONSTITUTION: This high hydration active substance is a calcium aluminate based crystalline sintered product obtained by sintering CaO and Al₂O₃ and is ≥70wt.% in the total quantity of 12CaO.7Al₂O₃ and 2CaO.Al₂O₃. This high hydration active substance as a main component is additionally mixed with at least one kind of gypsum, lime, alkali metal carbonate, Na-aluminate and Al-hydroxide, and they are added to cement. This addition of mixture to cement contributes the form of hydrate and production volume to large extent and very excellent quick setting performance can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
