PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM USING AGV

PURPOSE: To provide a physical distribution system using an AGV having the excellent productivity. ;CONSTITUTION: An upper rank computer 12 forms the optimum work constitution on the basis of the working time of an AGV and the work-in-process information in each cell and outputs the information to an AGV station 14 or each AGV from a signal transmission part installed in each cell. The AGV which receives the information carries out the succeeding work on the basis of the instruction. Further, when a defective is generated in the intermediate course, the AGV surveys the cause of generation in a repair process 26, and when the coping is enabled with the correction data, the work is continued, taking account of the correction data afterwards.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
