摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a corrosion resistant WC-based cemented carbide material having superior corrosion resistance while maintaining superior mechanical characteristics peculiar to a WC-based cemented carbide contg. Co. ;CONSTITUTION: Ions of carbon are implanted into a WC-based cemented carbide contg. Co by ≥10¹⁴ions/cm² under the condition of ≥5keV implantation energy to form a carbon enriched layer in the surface layer part of the cemented carbide and the objective material is obtd.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
