PURPOSE: To provide a method for clearly expressing embroidery waves on a tube-shaped or bag-shaped embroidery thin article having large stretchability such as stockings and, at the same time enabling the synchronization of the stretching of the embroidery part with a part which is not embroidered. ;CONSTITUTION: Embroidery is performed directly on a desired part of a tubeshaped or bag-shaped thin article having large stretchability to be embroidered such as stocking by using a piece of water-soluble lining cloth 2 and conjugate embroidery yarn 9 consisting of water-soluble coat and stretchable core yarn. After stitching, the water-soluble lining cloth and the water-soluble coat of the conjugate embroidery yarn are dissolved and removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
