PURPOSE: To give an alarm to call on a guard to switch the mode in the case that he forgets to switch the patrol mode to the caution mode at the time of the end of patrol after his patrol and to automatically switch the patrol mode to the caution mode in the case that he doesn't switch the mode regardless of this alarm. ;CONSTITUTION: A patrol set switch 3 which is installed at a start point L1 or a patrol route SK provided in the monitor area of a monitor system for prevention of crimes and switches this monitor system to the patrol mode, a patrol release switch 4 which is installed at an end point L2 of the patrol route SK and releases the patrol mode by switching operation to set the caution mode, a timer 5 which is started at the time of setting the patrol set switch 3 to the patrol mode and counts a preliminarily set patrol time, and a receiver 1 provided with an alarm 6 are provided. The receiver 1 sounds the alarm 6 for a certain time to cart on the guard to switch the mode if the patrol release switch 4 is not switched within the patrol time; and if the patrol release switch 4 is not switched regardless of the alarm, this monitor system for prevention of crimes is automatically switched to the caution mode.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
