PURPOSE: To provide a good outward appearance by providing leader main bodies in parallel with columns, and mounting first fixing devices having a pair of holding pieces on the columns to fix a pair of facing covers surrounding the columns and leader main bodies. ;CONSTITUTION: Holding gutters 1 are formed over lengthwise of sides of leader main bodies 6 provided in parallel with columns 7, and the leader brackets 12 providing elastic pieces 5 fitted to the holding gutters 1 are provided. First fixing devices 22 providing a pair of holding pieces 23 are mounted to the columns 7, and the columns 7 and leader main bodies 6 are surrounded by facing covers 8 equipped with first facing grooves 18 and secong facing groove 19. In addition, projections 20 held by the holding pieces 23 of the first fixing devices 22 are provided to the facing covers 8, and the projections 20 are held by the holding piece 23 of the first fixing devices 22 to fix a pair of facing covers 8 to each other.
