TELEPHONE SET WITH SWITCHBOARD FUNCTION AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To make a mutual call mode for the circuits led from two public telephones by providing a telephone set with switchboard function that enables the mutual call between two circuits connected to each other. ;CONSTITUTION: A telephone communication system comprises at least a 1st public telephone 1 which is used by Mr. A, a 2nd public telephone 2 which is used by Mr. B, a pocket pager 3 which is owned by Mr. B, a switchboard 4 to which a general telephone circuit including both telephones 1 and 2 is connected, and a telephone set 7 with switchboard function which is connected to the switchboard 4 via both circuits 5 and 6. In such a constitution, the switchboard 4 is connected to both telephones 1 and 2 via a single circuit respectively. Thus the telephone set 7 is connected at least to both circuits 5 and 6, and a normal mode is switched to a mutual calling mode by a prescribed instruction signal so that both circuits 5 and 6 are connected to each other.
