PURPOSE: To enhance a space factor and to standardize a drum to use repeatedly by a method wherein the position of a partition plate partitioning a trunk part for the drum, on which a prefabricated wire series is wound, into a plurality of regions in the width direction can be adjusted in the width direction and the partition plate is divided additionally in the circumferential direction so as to be fixed to the trunk part. ;CONSTITUTION: In a wire drum 32, partition plates 27 by which a part between flange parts 23 on both sides of a cylindrical trunk part 22 is partitioned into a plurality of regions corresponding to the number of prefabricated wires are installed in such a way that their position can be adjusted in the width direction of the drum 21. Every partition plate 27 is composed of four partition plate pieces 29 which are divided into four parts, e.g. in the circumferential direction and which have arc flange-shaped fixtures 28 to the drum part 22. On the other hand, many bolt insertion and passage holes 22a for mounting of the partition plate pieces 29 are made at intervals in the width direction of the drum and in the circumferential direction in the outer circumference of the trunk part 22. Bolts 31 are passed through the bolt insertion and passage holes made at the right and left parts in the circumferential direction, and they are fixed to the trunk part 22 by means of nuts at the fixture 28 in the partition plate pieces 29.
