PURPOSE: To obtain an Fe-Ni alloy sheet and an Fe-Ni-Co alloy sheet for color picture tubes, excellent in workability. ;CONSTITUTION: In an Fe-Ni alloy sheet containing, by weight, 30 to 45% Ni, 0.001 to 1.0% Mn, and 0.001 to 0.30% Si, the contents of O, N, Sn, and Sb as inevitable impurities are regulated to ≤0.005%, ≤0.003%, ≤0.10%, and ≤0.10%, respectively, and further, the average austenitic crystal grain size D on the surface of an alloy sheet after annealing before press forming is regulated to 15 to 50μm and also the mixed grain size of austenitic crystal grains, (Dmean)=[(|0.5Dmax-D|)/D]×100 (%), is regulated to ≤50%. Moreover, the integration degree of crystal face (331), the integration degree of crystal face (210), and the integration degree of crystal face (211) to the surface of the above alloy sheet are ≤35%, ≤20%, and ≤20%, respectively, and superior press formability can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
