PURPOSE:To make the subject device helpful in diagnosis and treatment of diseases and more particularly discovery of the treatment points for acupuncture and moxibustion by enabling anyone to photograph the parts which slightly vary in reflected light correlating with the internal organ diseases, etc., appearing on the skin of a living body and are integrally and distinctly indicated in the overall image of the living body. CONSTITUTION:Interference fringe patterns 7a are generated on the skin 7 of the living body by an optical system 8, such as grating projection type or grating illumination type. One sheet of the image is formed by synthesizing the dark parts of the photographed two images obtd. by reversing the bright and dark positions of these interference fringe patterns with each other. This image is the overall image of the living body distinctly indicating the parts slightly varying in the reflected light.
