THERMOPLASTIC MOULDING MATERIALS CONTAINING AT LEAST ONE SINTERABLE CERAMIC OR METAL POWDER AND A THERMOPLASTIC BINDING AGENT OR A BINDING AGENT MIXTURE, PROCESS OF THEIR PREPARATION AND USE

摘要

Thermoplastic moulding materials (I) contain (A) sinterable ceramic or metal powder(s) and (B) thermoplastic binder(s) contg. (C) antioxidant(s). Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of (I) by intimately mixing the components together, opt. at above the softening temp. of (B). Pref. (I) also contains at least one silicone resin (D). Antioxidants (C) comprise sterically hindered phenols (C1), aromatic amines (C2), divalent S cpds. (C3) and trivalent P cpds.. (C4), pref. a mixt. of (C1) and (C4). The amt. of (C) is 0.01-5 wt.% w.r.t. binder.
