A sort of intermediate thickness slab caster and inline hot strip and plate line, including: a) a continuous long-strip caster for forming an intermediate thickness slab; b) a straight-line cutter at downstream of said caster for cutting of said materials into slabs of a fixed length; c) a slab storage and arrangement system for selectively storing and arranging selected slabs; d) at least one reheating furnace disposed at downstream of said platen storage and arrangement device; e) a forward and retraction table disposed at at least 1 outlet of said reheating furnace; f) a thermal inverse roller and said forward and retraction table for forming a straight line for reduction of slabs discharged from the reheating furnace to a thickness for coiling into semi products; and g) a pair of coiling furnaces, of which one is disposed at the upstream of said thermal inverse roller and the other at downstream of, said coiling furnace may, when te semi product passing by said coiling furnace, allowing it be housed and to a thickness as a final product after passing by said thermal inverse roller.
