METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF PILE WITH CYLINDER FORM AND CYLINDRICAL CUT OUT

The carrying element (3) having a shape of a planar cylindrical part is set in to the excavated pit of the soil (2) in a longitudinal direction and this element is surrounded with concrete in the excavated pit of the soil (2) up to the upper edge of the toe (4) closed to the pile (7). On the upper edge of the toe (4) closed to the pile (7) is set the vertical decking (6) related to the axial direction of excavated pit touching the planar shape of the carrying element (3) from outside. The excavation pit of the soil (2) is being filled step by step and over the upper edge of the toe closed to the pile (7) up to the outer side of the vertical decking (6) with the use of loose material (8), while the residue of the excavated pit of the soil (2) together with the carrying element (3) is being filled with a concrete mixture up to the internal side of the vertical decking (6), until the excavated pit of the soil (2) is not full. After the concrete mixture closed to the pile (7) became hard the loose material (8) and the horizontal decking (6) is removed of the pile (7).
