Packing machine has in middle part of basic frame (1) the swively axle (9) and solid axle (8) in which is vertically located the guide column (2) with hydraulic cylinder (3) for vertical movie of sled (4). It is equipped on lateral sides with two couples of packing arms (11), between which are located the hydraulic cylinders (13). Vibrating devices (15) are drived with hydromotors (14). Frontal part of basic frame (1) is equipped with auxiliary aretating device (16) with swively gripped hooks between which is aretating hydraulic cylinder (1). The back part of basic frame (1) is equipped with swively located main aretating device (6), in which are on sides vertically located the aretating hydraulic cylinders (5) with rotary located aretating heads (18), connected by hydraulic cylinder (19), at which in holders (20) are rotary located the swivel arms (21) of vertically located drawing cylinders (7).
