Process for the preparation of a corresponding prefabricated modular device for fishing pelagic migrating fish species based on the provision of an immersed circuit attached to the sea bottom by special means also capable of supporting cables directed upwardly tensioned by floats which are designed to hold up specific net modules which have been suitably prepared and fixed to the overall device in a working position so as to form a circuit of walls of nets without any undesired breaks in continuity, this circuit of walls comprising the projection towards the surface of the sea of the said circuit immersed and anchored on the bottom; all with the object of reducing the times and costs of preparation and maintenance and the effects and harm to the prepared arrangement from marine currents and wave motion, and above all to increase the positive yield of fish, denying the fish any possible escape between the net and the bottom.
