Rear-mounted rotary plough applicable to multiple cultivators

A ploughing device which can be applied to the rear of a motorised cultivator which mainly comprises a structure, means for attaching this structure to the rear of the structure of a motorised cultivator, means for acquiring power mounted on the structure through connection to the power offtake of the motorised cultivator, angular transmission between the said power offtake and a ploughshare-bearing shaft directed towards the ground supported by the said structure and a plurality of rotatory ploughshares applied to the said ploughshare- bearing shaft. The ploughshare-bearing shaft of the equipment may have a position on the structure which is substantially fixed or its position on the structure of the equipment may be rendered adjustable. The ploughshare- bearing shaft may also extend from the part opposite the ground and bear other rotatory ploughshares thereon which are symmetrical to those mounted on the part of the shaft which is directed towards the ground, so that by reversing the position of the ploughshare-bearing shaft with respect to the structure of the equipment it is possible to plough using rotary ploughshares which discharge the ploughed earth on one or other side of the furrow.
