DNA construct, comprising a DNA coding for a protein which can be produced by a microorganism and at least one promoter sequence, characterised in that between the promoter and the gene of the recombinant protein which has to be expressed there is at least one possibly mutated transcription terminator of the RO-independent and temperature-sensitive type. These temperature- modulated DNA constructs make it possible to obtain almost absolute control over the rate of production of recombinant proteins.
