Vehicle for transport of goods, consisting of a framework, with a solid structure on top adapted to the type of freight being transported, and which, by resting at the ends on two half-frames, each one having a twin axle railway truck, coupling and bumper elements, can travel on rails like a normal railway car; by replacing the two half-frames of railroad trucks with one or two road trucks of one, two, or several axles, the vehicle can travel on the road like a normal trailer or semitrailer.
