This relates to a mixture based on Portland cement and/or gypsum hemihydrate or white cement binder, preferably Portland cement with a tricalcium aluminium content of more than 5% with the addition of light aggregate of the pearlite and/or vermiculite and/or cork type in various particle sizes, stabilised and modified by aerating agents, plasticisers, fluidisers, hydrophobic agents, thickeners, accelerators and/or synthetic resins as stated: sodium acetate (Vincol resin) as an aerating agent; sodium lignyl sulphate as a plasticiser; melamine resin condensed with formaldehyde as a fluidising and dispersing agent; stearic acid salt as a dispersing hydrophobic agent; calcium chloride as a setting accelerator; sodium fluorosilicate as a nitrate salt- resistant agent and retardant; cellulose ether as a thickening agent and water retaining agent; a glucosaccharide as an agent increasing strength with a fluidising effect; synthetic resin of the PVA (polyvinyl acetate), vinyl or acrylic types as adhesive cross- linking agents; stearic acid salts as a hydrophobic agent; sodium bentonite as a waterproofing agent.
