The food product consists of puffed soya seeds as well as apricot stones. The puffing procedures for the soya seeds, and also apricot stones, raw, puffed, shelled and possibly decorticated, and also in grain form, is of the type with two cooking stages with different pressures. Phase one: the cooking temperature of the raw material is between 170 and 220 degrees centigrade, and duration from 20 to 60 seconds at a pressure from 6 to 8 atmospheres. Second phase: a duration from 30 to 60 seconds at a pressure of 10.5 to 13 atmospheres.
