Horizontal centrifugal separator, of the type including a cylinder and a spiral screw rotating with slightly different speeds. From one extremity the olive paste is introduced in order to realise the separation and the differentiated gathering of the solid phase and the watery and oily liquid phases, in which furthermore the efflux channels of the oily phase are extracted in the thickness of a solid flange to the support of the rear extremity of the cylinder and are placed in radial direction to the cylinder's rotation axis in order to accelerate the speed of the flow of the oil.
