THE poly- (ALFA) syndiotactic olefins are produced by polymerization of alpha-olefins in the Presence of a catalyst comprising a reaction product of a system composed IONICA group metal IV-B bis (cyclopentadienyl) DE STRUCTURE AND COMPOUND SPECIFIC TRIGGER A DIFFERENT react with metallocene cyclopentadienyl binder and an anion that is compatible noncoordinating WITH RESPECT TO metallocene cation generated in the reaction of the metallocene with said compound activator.
