A METHOD IS PRESENTED TO CONTROL THE ENERGY THAT IS BEING SUPPLIED TO A LOAD (L, L '') FROM AN ALTERNATING CURRENT VOLTAGE SOURCE (V, V '') THROUGH A STATIC SWITCH (I, I '') WHICH INCLUDES AT LEAST ONE SWITCHING ELEMENT OF A CONTROLLABLE WAY (T, T1, T2) AND A RECTIFIER (P, D1, D2) CONNECTED TO SUCH SWITCHING ELEMENT AND TO THE SERIAL SOURCE WITH THE LOAD. THIS METHOD PROVIDES WHAT IS NECESSARY FOR THE STATIC SWITCH (I, I '') TO CONNECT AND DISCONNECT DURING EACH HALF WAVE OF THE VOLTAGE SUPPLY (V, V '') A FIRST AND SECOND PRESELECTED MOMENT. THE FIRST PRESELECTED MOMENT OR TIME OF CONNECTION, IS SELECTED TO HAVE, IN THE FIRST HALF WAVE OF THE VOLTAGE SUPPLY THAT APPEARS ON THE STATIC SWITCH AFTER THE ACTIVATION OF THE SAME, A FIRST DEFAULT DELAY (T0) FROM THE TIME ONLY VOLTAGE PASSING THROUGH THE STATIC SWITCH IS 0, AND SUBSEQUENTLY WITH THE STATIC SWITCH CONNECTED TO THE SOURCE, A SECOND DEFAULT DELAY (T2) FROM THE TIME THE CURRENT (IT) FLOWS THROUGH THE STATIC SWITCH SECOND MOMENT OR MOMENT OF DISCONNECTION IS SELECTED TO MATCH THE TIME THE CURRENT (IT) FLOWING THROUGH THE STATIC SWITCH IS 0. THE DEVICE OPERATING ON THE ABOVE METHOD IS POSSIBLE SIMPLE AND COMPACT.
