The present invention relates to spherical microparticles comprising biologically active compounds and a nucleation promoter within the microparticles. The invention also relates to a process for their preparation, to the use thereof for the preparation of a composition for controlling plant pests, weeds or animals parasites, and to aqueous spray mixtures containing the novel microparticles.
