The object of the invention is to develop a sight-improving perforated blind and a seeing aid with a sight-improving perforated blind that gives an improved visual impression superior to the normal visual acuity even to persons having normal sight in various work or life situations in which the sense of sight is particularly taxed. For that purpose, a sight-improving perforated blind has holes having a special form arranged in an appropriate manner in a flat body. The sight-improving perforated blind may be associated with a seeing aid and should be positioned next to the eye.
