A polyolefin/fluoropolymer adhesion binder including at least one optionally grafted aliphatic polyester, preferably poly ( epsilon -caprolactone) (PCL), and at least one halogenated and preferably chlorinated polyolefin, for making composite materials, generally prepared by coextrusion, including the basic unit polyolefins/binder/fluoropolymers.
