A method for making a ventilation grille (10), particularly for a vehicle, including synchronised vanes (28) movably mounted in a frame (12) and a hinge assembly for adjusting the position of the grille frame in a stationary housing. The method includes a single multi-injection step in which a mould is provided which has a first recess in the shape of the frame and movable slides for forming cavities corresponding to the rotary shafts of the movable vanes, a first polymeric material is injected into the first recess to form the frame and the vane shaft receiving holes, the movable slides are withdrawn, a second polymeric material is injected into a second recess in the same mould to form the vanes and the vane shafts directly within the holes provided in the frame during the previous injection, the mould is withdrawn and the part is removed.
