METHOD OF ESTABLISHING A CONNECTION BETWEEN A CALLER IN A TELECOMMUNICATIONS NET AND A CALLED MOBILE SUBSCRIBER IN A RADIO-TELEPHONE NET

In order to establish a connection with a mobile subscriber (SB) in a group defined by a group call number, the invention calls for the most suitable target subscriber (SB) to be selected for the calling subscriber (SA, SA') in the telecommunications net (PSTN, PLMN'). Before the mobile subscriber (SB) is selected, information is obtained from the equipment of the radio-telephone net (PLMN) on the locations of the mobile subscribers in the group defined by the group call number selected and on the location of the calling subscriber (SA, SA') in the telecommunications net (PSTN, PLMN') and this information analysed. If the net architecture is such that it sustains the structure of an intelligent net, a control unit (SCP) in the intelligent net takes over the selection of the mobile subscriber (SB).
