The invention relates to a new propulser provided with an original flying accessory for games of skill. According to the invention, the propulser is comprised of a low air resistance flexible part (1) forming a propulsion surface connected to two substantially rigid supports (2) forming two handles so as to obtain on each side a large opening (3) situated between a flexible edge (4) and the rigid handle (2) so that the player can hold the handles with his hands positioned on a region offset with respect to their middle point (2'), as close as possible to their rear extremity. The propulser is provided with a projectile comprised of an inertial mass (10) provided with a loop (20) acting as an 'eye' in order to fix a flexible, flat surface of low weight and thickness forming a deceleration device (30).
