Method for the expression of polygalacturonidase and pectinesterase in Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus awamori

A process for the preparation of a recombinant Asp.niger or Asp.awamori which is transformed with a polygalacturonidase or pectinesterase gene which is derived from Asp.niger by cloning the appropriate recombinant vector and transformation into Asp.niger or Asp.awamori is disclosed.
