Compounds useful in therapeutics of formula: IMAGE in which R2 and R3 represent, independently of one another, H, C1-C4 alkoxy or OH and (A, B) = (oxygen, oxygen), in which case either R or R1 represents OH, halogen, secondary amino or tertiary amino and the other represents NHNHCONHR4 or else R and R1 together form =N-NH-CX-NHR5, =N-NH-CX-N(phenyl)2, =N-NH-CX-NH-NH-R5, =N-NH-C(SCH3)=N-R6 or =N-N=C(SCH3)-NH-R6, or (A, B) = (N-OH, oxygen), in which case R and R1 together form =N-NH-CX-NHR5 or =N-NH-CX-N(phenyl)2, or (A, B) = (N-NH-CX-NHR5, oxygen), in which case R and R1 together form =N-NH-CX-NHR5, or (A, B) = (N-OH, N-OH), in which case R and R1 together form =N-NH-CX-NHR5 or =N-NH-CX-N(phenyl)2.
