Oligomeric compounds of formula (I) are described which are stabilizers for stabilizing organic materials from oxidative, thermal or photoinduced decomposition:;Wherein L is a group of the formula;Wherein the oxygen in the L group is bonded to phosphorus and radicals R ₂ in the repeating unit or the carbon atom at the 4-position of the piperidine ring in the L group is bonded to the oxygen in the repeating structural unit; R ₁ is C ₁ -C ₂₅ alkyl, intermediate in oxygen, sulfur or C ₂ -C ₂₅ alkyl comprising; C ₂ -C ₂₄ alkenyl, unsubstituted or C ₁ -C ₄ alkyl-substituted C ₅ -C ₁₅ cycloalkyl; Unsubstituted or C ₁ -C ₄ alkyl-substituted C ₅ -C ₁₅ cycloalkenyl; C ₇ -C ₉ phenylalkyl unsubstituted or substituted by C ₁ -C ₄ alkyl in the phenyl ring; Or tetrahydrobiethyl, R ₂ is C ₁ -C ₁₈ alkylene, intermediate in oxygen, sulfur or C ₂ -C ₁₈ alkylene comprising a; C ₄ -C ₈ alkenylene or phenylethylene, R ₃ is hydrogen or C ₁ -C ₈ alkyl, m is 0 or 1 and n is a number from 2 to 25, wherein L group, radical R ₁ , R ₂ and R ₃ and the index m have the same or different meanings in the structural units of formula (I).
