The present invention relates to a method of dividing a two-dimensional image sequence, and in particular, to examine information of a missing part of the information output through the first step of removing redundant data among the input two-dimensional image information. There is a second step of extracting additional information and a third step of creating an outline of connectivity through the information output through the above steps. The initial profile stroke is found using a one-dimensional high-pass mask and a boundary operator is used.
