a car device having a first radio device for transmitting/receiving voice and data and a terminal device connected to the first radio device, the terminal device being comprised of a GPS(global positioning system) which converts a GPS signal into a parallel TTL level signal, ROM and RAM in which program and input/output data are stored, an input means, a microcomputer, a liquid crystal display module and an input/output means, and the first radio device radio-transmitting a first voice to the terminal device and radio-receiving a transmitting signal from a second radio device; and a main system having the second radio device for transmitting/receiving voice and data and a main station device connected to the second radio device, the second radio device radio-transmitting a second voice to the main station device and radio-receiving a transmitting signal from the first radio device, and the main station device being comprised of a modulator/demodulator which modulates/demodulates input and output signal, a level converter, a display device, and a main computer.
