PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS FOR THE GASTRIC ULCER PREVENTION AND THERAPY

摘要

The therapeutic composition is made of N-acetyl-L-glutamine aluminium trihydroxide(AGA) and antacids at the weight ratio of 1:1.1-1:2.3, and the antacids is a mixture of aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide at the weight ratio of 1:1. The medicine shows not only effectiveness to gastric ulcer and stability and drng compatibility in pharmacentical aspects, but also safety profile in acute toxicity test in mice and rats.
