A method for displaying and selecting a cellular telephone and a cellular telephone function and menu information on the cellular telephone

A cellular telephone having a display, a roller bar and a select button is disclosed. The display shows a menu of cellular telephone functions. The roller bar allows the user to scroll through the menus of the cellular telephone function. The select button allows the user to select one of the cellular telephone functions from the displayed menu. If the menu of the cellular telephone function is longer than can be displayed on the display, the user can panning the menu via the roller bar.
