The present invention is a method for implementing a long-wavelength optical switch device that can be used for long-distance communication using optical fibers in the wavelength region having a minimum loss in the optical fiber by adjusting the component ratio and structure of the InGaAsP / InP hybrid structure with a multi-quantum well material We propose a calculation method to obtain an optimized structure that maximizes the light output intensity ratio and the maximum light absorption.
