According to the present invention, it is possible to separate phenol from a high-concentration aqueous phenol solution without any additional solvent and a subsequent step, and the method of separating phenol according to the present invention can prevent additional energy consumption since the temperature required for separation is lower than room temperature It is economical and it has been confirmed that a high concentration of phenol can be separated and purified by 100 mol% of phenol solids and 0.6 mol% of phenol aqueous solution by one step process.
