Technical Challenges of Conventional Problems;In the conventional sealed type lead acid battery charging method, 50 to 60% of the battery capacity is usually charged by the constant current layer system, and the remainder is charged by the constant voltage charging method.;Usually, when about 60% of the battery capacity at the end of constant current charging is charged, oxygen gas starts to be generated at the positive electrode of the battery, and oxygen gas is continuously generated during constant voltage charging. That is, at the initial stage of use of the battery, the oxygen gas generated by the constant-voltage charging is recombined at a sufficiently high rate at the cathode, and is annihilated. However, as the number of times of use is repeated, the recombination ability gradually decreases. The reduction of the recombination ability causes accumulation of oxygen gas at the battery re-part and generation of hydrogen gas at the cathode, thereby greatly increasing the pressure of the battery re-charge. As a result, the electrode breakage of the electrode active material, water loss due to swelling of the battery, Leakage occurs and adversely affect battery performance.;3. Technical Challenges of the Invention;The present invention relates to a method for improving the performance of a battery due to the accumulation of oxygen gas generated during continuous use of a closed continuous battery, thereby reducing the lifetime of the battery and improving the quality of the product of the sealed battery.
