The receiving element 11 is inserted into the bore 12 of the member 10 for fixing. The receiving element 11 has two flanges 14, 15, which have inclined portions extending in opposite directions at their ends. Through rotational movement these flanges 14, 15 are moved below the retaining springs 16, 17 formed in the member 10. Therefore, the receiving element 11 is fixed to the member 10 simply. In addition, the beads 21 formed in the retaining springs 16 and 17 engage with the bowl-shaped portion 20 formed in the flanges 14 and 15, and the receiving element 11 is securely fixed to the member 10.
